HR, attendance, payroll and end-of-service — built Kuwait-first
GCC HR Suite runs the whole employee lifecycle inside Odoo 19: onboarding, fingerprint attendance, payroll, leave, loans and end-of-service. Each company picks its labour-law profile — Kuwait, UAE, KSA or Egypt — and the rules follow.
What it does
Country HR profiles
Kuwait, UAE, KSA or Egypt rules per company: end-of-service formula, social insurance, vacation divisor, overtime and weekend.
ZKTeco device integration
An office agent pushes fingerprint punches to Odoo over HTTPS — across branches, and safe when the internet drops.
Shifts & attendance engine
Fixed, flexible, split, night and Ramadan shifts. Every day shows worked hours, late, early leave, overtime and status.
Payroll with accounting
Payslip batches pull attendance, allowances, loans and deductions, then post a balanced journal entry on confirm.
WPS & bank salary files
Export the UAE WPS (SIF) file or a bank transfer file. Work-permit salary and refundable differences are tracked.
Leave management
Annual, sick, Hajj, maternity, emergency and more — accrual plans, bulk allocation, excuses, payouts and public holidays.
End-of-service calculator
Gratuity by country law or company policy, adjusted for the termination reason, with notice pay and leave encashment.
Documents & onboarding
Civil ID, residency, passport and work-permit expiry alerts. Onboarding checklists give every task an owner and a deadline.
Employee self-service
Staff view payslips, request leave and loans, and check in by GPS — punches outside the allowed area are flagged.
Dashboards & reports
Live KPI dashboard plus payroll, attendance, leave liability, headcount, turnover and cost-to-company reports.
