Questions we hear

Who has to file in XBRL?

According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, filing financial statements through Qayd becomes mandatory for all legal entities from 1 January 2027 — companies with limited liability, single-person companies, partnerships and joint-stock companies. During 2026 it is voluntary. Listed companies already file XBRL with the Capital Markets Authority.

Does it replace the external audit?

No. Your statements are still audited. XBRL is the digital format in which the audited statements are filed, and the figures in the file must match the audited ones.

We do not use Odoo. Can you still help?

Yes. We can prepare and validate the XBRL file from your final statements, or move your accounting to Odoo so that every year after is one click.

When will the Odoo module be available?
